Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING:

Here at Portugal Cork Co, we priorities getting your order out on time. All orders are shipped from our national depot located in Caringbah warehouse in 1-4 business days. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

CLICK & COLLECT: Block 6 Unit 22 / 22 - 30 Northumberland Road, Caringbah, NSW, 2229.

Orders can be picked up daily, from 8:30am to 3:30pm. An email will be sent to you when your order is ready for pickup. Any Click & Collect orders placed after 3pm will be available for pick up the following business day. If you cannot collect your items by 3:30pm, please pick them up at your earliest convenience on the following business day.

NOTE:

  • If your order contains both in-stock items and backordered items, they will be shipped as one. If you require your in-stock items before your backordered items, please contact us, by phone 1800 291 003 or by email to sales@portugalcork.com.au with your order number to arrange a split shipment.

SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES  

To see the estimated cost of shipping to your location, please view your cart and enter your details in the ‘Estimate Shipping’ section of the page. These rates are based on the size and weight of your order.

These rates are indicative only and may change at checkout.

We recommend getting large packages and shipments sent to a commercial address to avoid residential surcharge's. Commercial addresses include business parks, shopping centres, office buildings, shops, and any location otherwise zoned for business purposes.

Businesses operating from a residential address in a work from home capacity are not zoned as businesses and may still incur the residential delivery surcharge.

These charges are implemented by the courier service. Portugal Cork Co has provided courier options so you can choose the carrier that works best for you.

ALTERNATIVE SHIPPING OPTIONS

If you have a preferred courier that is not available in our shipping options, we are happy to work with them. To arrange a pickup with your preferred carrier, please contact us prior to placing your order. An electronic consignment note from your preferred carrier is required for our team to dispatch your order.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Our website does not currently support international shipping. If you need your order to be shipped overseas, we are able to arrange this with you on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us if you require international shipping 

AUTHORITY TO LEAVE:

By placing an order on our website, you give our delivery partners authority to leave your order in a safe place on your property if the address is unattended. If you have specific delivery requirements or instructions, please leave a note on your order or contact us with your order number and we can help you.

What delivery address should I use?

A business address is ideal as this will avoid the residential delivery surcharge.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

No, our delivery partners are unable to deliver to PO boxes.

How long will it take to ship my order?
Your order will be shipped within 1-4 business days. Please note this time may vary during peak periods.

I entered my shipping address incorrectly on my order. Can it be updated?

If your order has not yet been shipped, the Portugal Cork team can update the address on your order. Simply contact us with your order number and we will update the address for you.
